Controlling the collection, use and disclosure of personal information is an ongoing process. We
will continue to review our personal information management practices and improve them as necessary to better protect the privacy of
individuals. This Policy was last amended on the date shown at the end of the Policy.
What is Personal Information?
Personal information means any information that can be used to identify you as an
individual, including your name, personal telephone number and address, email address, your account with us and any other information
that you provide to Financials.com which may identify you personally. Personal information does not include corporate information or
so called "business card information" such as your business address or telephone number in your capacity as an employee of an
organization.
Your Consent
By providing us with your personal information, you consent to the collection, use and
disclosure of that information as described in this Policy.
We will not, as a condition of supplying a product or service, require you to consent to
the collection, use or disclosure of your personal information beyond that required to enable us to provide the products or
services requested. The form of that consent may vary depending upon the circumstances and the type of information, and includes
express oral or written consent, implied consent and opt-out consent. We will consider the sensitivity of the information and the
individual’s reasonable expectations in determining how consent must be given.
You may refuse to provide us with personal information and may, subject to legal or contractual
restrictions and reasonable notice, withdraw consent at any time to the continued use and disclosure of personal information previously
collected. The period of reasonable notice will vary depending on the nature of the information and its purpose. Withdrawing consent
may impact on the ability of Financials.com to provide you with certain services. For example, see below.
Information Gathered And Its Use
We will never willfully disclose personal information without first obtaining
the consent of the customer to whom it relates, or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
All information is gathered for the purpose of allowing us to offer quality
online content and other services to our customers. Information use is limited to the purpose for which it is gathered, or as otherwise
permitted or required by law.
When possible, we will collect personal information from you directly. However, to provide
services or for legal, administrative, marketing or management purposes, we may also collect personal information through outside
sources such as credit bureaus, government agencies or institutions or through other third parties such as employment and other
references, employers and service providers.
Information may be gathered on the Site by various underlying technologies. For instance, certain
information about Internet users’ traffic patterns is passively and automatically collected and linked to users’ Internet Protocol
("IP") addresses. These unique IP addresses are assigned to all Web users by their ISPs, and are automatically logged by Internet
servers. While the IP address itself does not identify an individual, it may, in appropriate circumstances such as an investigation of
a security breach, be used to locate and identify an individual misusing the Site. Similarly, we do not link any other server log
information to any other data in a way that would enable us to identify individual visitors, except for such security purposes.
Like many web sites, this Site is set up to use "cookie" technology. A cookie is a small text
file that contains a unique identifier that is automatically deposited on a visitor’s computer. These cookies track information
during an open session and are stored in your computer’s memory. This information helps us determine
the total number of visitors to the Site on an ongoing basis and the types of Internet browsers (e.g., Netscape Navigator or
Internet Explorer) and operating systems (e.g., Windows or Macintosh) that our visitors use. We use this information to facilitate
and enhance your online visits. The placement of a cookie also allows us to provide you with online services such as My Portfolio and
the Annual Reports order service. Without cookies, it would not be possible to provide these services in the manner offered. We do not
cross-reference cookie information with any type of personal information that you voluntarily offer through the Site. If you would
prefer not to accept cookies, you can set your Internet browser to exclude them; however, you agree that certain Site services will
be unavailable to you as a result.
Some other examples of information collected and its use:
a) Identifying information such as your name, street address or email address - This
information is used to allow us to offer you specialized products and services such as a personalized stock
portfolio, annual reports delivery service or email services. You never have to answer these
questions, although this may limit what services are available to you. To the extent that the product or service is provided in conjunction
with a third party service partner of Financials.com, your information may have to be provided to this partner in order for the
product or service to be provided. In such instances, we require the partner to maintain the confidentiality of the personal
information.
b) General demographic information such as interests, age or income group (for example, as in
our occasional "user surveys") - This information is used to assist us in improving our web site and to provide advertisers with
a description of our online audience. No information that identifies an individual customer is collected for these purposes.
c) Your comments - All users have a standing invitation to provide us with their comments
about our web site. This information is used exclusively for the purpose of assisting us to improve our services or address your
concerns. You at all times have the option of providing comments anonymously.
We never send email to customers except with their permission. For customers who
subscribe to regular email services, such as announcements, we will always include instructions (in each message) on how to
unsubscribe from all future emails.
Links to Other Web Sites
The Site may contain links to other web sites. While we try to link only to web sites that share
our standards and respect for privacy, we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other web sites. We strongly
encourage all Site visitors to review the privacy statements and policies of all external websites.
The Site uses the services of Tribal Fusion and Google AdSense for the serving and/or targeting of ads,
promotions and other marketing messages. To do this, these companies collect anonymous data through the use of cookies. To learn more

information we possess is incorrect or incomplete. Please note that under certain circumstances, you may not be permitted to view

providing you with your records or any information therein, you must provide proof of your identity.
